Matthew L. Haake, EA

Matthew was referred to our office by a previous employee over 15 years ago and has enjoyed working with James over the years. He especially appreciates how God majorly impacts how Forge Financial is run. Matthew began working at 15 years old for a commercial nursery called Plains Tree Farm where he remained until age 23 when he moved to Pennsylvania. He also worked at Hyvee part-time while in college in Nebraska and Citicorp until he completed college. He has been an integral support to many hundreds of tax clients at our Shippensburg office as an enrolled tax agent with extensive experience and knowledge navigating tax preparation.

To get fresh air from the numbers, Matthew also works on a family farm. He enjoys board games and travel. He also looks forward to tying together their existing home with a recently moved house on their land. The extra space would be nice as he and his wife raise their eight children together.
