Kelli was vicariously attracted to Forge Financial by the charm, broad smile, and adventuresome spirit of its future President, James. Since their marriage, she has been managing the business accounting from the early days of sole proprietorship to the formation of Forge Financial, Inc. and growing in her skills accordingly! Her most prolific investment, financial or otherwise, was letting go of a technical writing career to home educate four Martin children from kindergarten to college-ready, a twenty-year process. She continues to work part-time for Forge, overseeing financial operations and offering her writing and communications skills for business development as the need arises. On her off days, she’s snuggling with five Baby Grands, offering writing workshops and crafting stories for herself and others, or throwing stuff in a suitcase to keep up with her travel-loving CFP. A Great Lakes Erie girl, she loves life up north—at the lake, any lake.

Of faith, She says, “Without faith, it was impossible for me to please God and live well (Hebrews 11:6). By faith, I know the love of God and become a mountain mover and Kingdom builder for His glory.”
